Bill Clinton says that he, a former president WITNESSED voters being intimidated. Why did he not have the perpetrators arrested? He's got Secret Service agents with him, couldn't they have done something?
For any former president of the US to watch any crime and do nothing more than hold a press conference, it's just baffling.
