Cabbys

Have you heard about the cabby's at the Minneapolis St. Paul airport? Apparently many of whom are Muslim. That is to say they refuse to carry passengers who are carrying liquor. This is becoming a problem. It isn't that I mind people upholding the principles of their religion, I like that, but what seems to be happening, if they know your carrying, they won't let you in the cab. If they don't know that you're carrying, and they find out en route, the cab is stopped and you and your liquor have to leave. No matter where you are at the time. Bye-bye. The lesson here is either disclose you're carrying liquor, so that you can make other arrangements, or failing that, take a lesson from Anderson Cooper's latest series and don't snitch yourself out!

Snitching out those who are sneaky about tormenting me I think falls under another category. Kluger's still using shows such as Cold Case, Crossing Jordon and NCIS to give me grief. I've complained, but to no avail. At least three different shows, and those are just the ones I happened to see. It's the sneaky I say cowardly attacks that nobody else seems to notice that irk me. Most people aren't monitoring my Internet use, so they don't see that each effort I make is sabotaged. I'd be happy to wait for a lull in the action, but there never seems to be a lull. Fun with Don Imus...Bill Clinton mentioned his favorite shows, two out of three were produced by Lloyd Braun, another roommate of Rick Lazio, (the third was "I Love Lucy" which I figure was an homage from one fellow famous for fooling around on his wife to another) but the truly funny thing about this, instead of Clinton using his usual contacts over at the AP Wire, he used Reuters! so Belinda Stronach, the Canadian politician whose relationship with Bill Clinton left some observers wondering if he'd leave Hillary for her, is getting out of politics. I'm sure the timing is just a co-winky-dinky.

So if we're to believe the hype, Jenny Craig called Valerie Bertinelli and asked her to be the new spokesperson. Huh? How do you get the job, finding forgotten celebrities who have gained weight and would like a come-back? What's the title for that? Are we all idiots? She's still in touch with Scott Columby, how weird is that?

DC Parking

They take parking very seriously in DC. When they say they will tow after 4pm, they mean it. My car was towed at 4:03pm. Or to use their word, it was relocated. To me it's the same thing, just at a different lot. I'd never had a car towed before, so I wandered into a store, the Ralph Lauren store on Wisconsin and the staff their was so helpful! They even map-quested for me! Can you believe it?

What has to happen?

What has to happen for my friends to stop assisting my enemies? Seriously. Stop doing me the favor of tying me up and holding me down. I'm going to get into a fight now. This is only different than before because I will be returning fire.

Politics

Let's annoy Pelosi today. I really don't mind her little trip that much. I can even forgive her rookie mistake, whether she got it wrong or was set up, it was a rookie mistake. It's just the air about her, like she's delighting with her own naughtiness, that bugs me. She reminds me of those models I knew when I was young, they would giggle every time their racquet made contact with the ball. It isn't fun playing with people who do that.

By the way, why do we know that the Clintons are spending Easter weekend at Punta Cana? There was no mention of who or what organization was paying for it. Do you get a better rate if you're famous? Who else is spending Easter weekend there?

Snow?

I woke up and there was snow on the ground. WTF?
I do hope that if ever there comes a time when I'm isolated enough, punished enough, that somebody would please ring a bell.

Knock it off

Do you really not see the perversion? As you crush every opportunity for intimacy, you tell the woman to go and get fucked. That's about as sophisticated as using the n-word. I'm completely isolated, and yet I'm crying out to be left alone. Is any of this making any sense to you at all?

We do know that the Sam Fox thing was fixed, right? I'm sure the Klugers/Clintons had much to do with the swift boat thing, this is just his reward. Hillary Clinton hasn't said anything about it, has she? The DNC is really big on the irrelevant bluster lately, I think it makes them sound helpless, and a little sad.

Shopping

I'm going shopping later. I'd prefer to do it unsupervised. You're fine with people spending your money without supervision, why shouldn't I spend my own money without supervision? October is six months away.

Bad Storm

There was a bad storm last night, I would have slept through it, but doggie wanted me awake. No cars that I know about were busted into last night.

I also went for a cocktail last night, Kluger's found my bar and has sent folks to ruin my night again, Two guys and a blonde woman, all of whom are too old not to know better, they were at my left. What to do, what to do...

Eight Cars

it seems eight cars were broken into last night. Eight. Windows bashed in, and JPI has seen fit to send out a memo, telling residents to close their windows and lock their doors. The more thought I put into it, the more I think that Kluger is behind it. I caught a burglar in my apt trying to steal my laptop, my theory is that with these break-ins, he's trying to paint it off as a bad neighborhood. This would excuse the burglar, and create reasonable doubt about his brother, the nut-job who steals my creativity and sells it to Hollywood. I complained about Sunday's episode of Cold Case, not because it was stolen from me, but because Kluger had written it to harass me, blame me for his conduct. I sent an email Sunday night, was harassed in person on Monday, sent another, and that was the night of the car break ins.

JPI is not taking it seriously. They need a guard for at least a little while. They need not to send out snitty memos. It wasn't the fault of the residents that their windows were bashed in, a selling point of these apartments was security. Their cars were locked and in the garage.

Choice

This morning I bumped into a guy cursing up a storm. I don't know his name, but he dates one of my neighbors. He'd gone to his car to find that his driver side window had been busted out. I saw another car a week or so ago with a busted out window, it was parked in the tenants garage! It seems my choice of buying a rag-top car was a good decision. I bought a convertible because I haven't had a car in many years, and I wanted to play. Let's face it, there's little reason to bust my window when the top is down.

Voice mail

I picked up my messages today, and I'm not sure, as there was a great deal of noise on the line, but I think somebody left me a message of my own voice. There was too much noise to tell for certain, but it would make sense...I suppose I'll just run it up the flagpole, see who salutes...

Bake Sale

I don't know why I buy things at bake sales, I never like any of it. I should just give them the money and have done with it, that would be better.
